Your settled or pre-settled status is the holy grail! It means you are legally allowed to live and work in the UK. If you have a pre-settled status, you’ll also need to provide proof that you have a job, but if you’ve already joined the privileged club of settled people, you don’t need a workplace proof. Alternatively, an ILR (indefinite leave to remain) will also do!
