Panoramica del corso

The FdA Business and Human Resource Management is a foundation degree designed for students who are interested in business operations, people management, and workplace development. The course combines core business knowledge with practical human resource management skills, helping students understand how organisations manage, support, and develop their workforce.

Throughout the programme, students explore areas such as recruitment, employee relations, leadership, organisational behaviour, communication, training and development, and business management. The course focuses on both theoretical understanding and practical application, preparing students to work within modern professional and organisational environments.
Students also develop transferable skills including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, organisation, and professional decision-making. The programme is suitable for students who want to begin a career within business or HR-related fields or continue towards a full undergraduate degree.
