Program Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
• The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• The referred friend (“Referee”) must be eligible to study in England and apply for Student Finance England (SFE) funding through Atlantic London Education (“Atlantic”).
• The referrer (“Referrer”) does not need to be an existing Atlantic student.
How the reward works
• A £200 Amazon voucher will be issued for each referred student who completes the Student Finance England application process through Atlantic London Education.
• Vouchers are sent via email within up to 7 working days after funding confirmation from SFE.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
Referral validity
• A referral is considered valid only if the Referee’s details (name, phone number, email) were submitted first by the Referrer via Atlantic’s official referral form or verified communication channels.
• The same person (Referee) cannot be referred more than once, whether by the same or multiple Referrers.
• In cases where multiple referrals are received for the same individual, the first valid submission will be considered, and the corresponding Referrer will receive the reward.
• Self-referrals are not permitted. A referrer cannot refer himself or herself or use alternate contact details to claim multiple vouchers.
Verification & approval
• Atlantic London Education reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both the Referrer and Referee before issuing any reward.
• Referrals suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation will be disqualified, and rewards may be withheld or revoked.
Program changes & termination
• Atlantic London Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. • In the event of program termination, valid referrals made before the termination date will still be honoured.
Data protection & consent
• By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms that they have obtained their friend’s consent to share their contact details with Atlantic London Education for the purpose of being contacted regarding study opportunities.
• All personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and Atlantic London Education’s Privacy Policy.
Miscellaneous
• Atlantic London Education accepts no responsibility for vouchers lost, delayed, or not received due to incorrect contact details provided by the Referrer.
• The decision of Atlantic London Education in all program-related matters is final.
• Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
