Course overview

Curious about business but not sure if you’re ready for a full-on degree? This one-year CertHE lets you test the waters while building real skills employers want and need nowadays.

You’ll cover the big pillars of business — marketing, finance, people management and strategy — all delivered in a way that connects with what’s actually happening in the business world today. Expect hands-on projects, interactive sessions and group tasks that reflect how businesses work in real life.
What sets this course apart is the focus on doing, not just studying. You won’t be stuck in endless lectures — you’ll be pitching ideas, analysing case studies and getting used to the kind of teamwork that’s key in almost every sector, namely the real business things that you need to know!

By the end of the course, you’ll know whether business is your path. Moreover, you will have acquired vital skills and knowledge related to the modern business landscape. And if this turns out to be your cup of tea, you’ll be ready to move into Year 2 of a full degree — or step into a junior role with confidence.
