Business Administration International (MBA)

This Business Administration International MBA program allows students to study at the postgraduate level while continuing to contribute to their work. We acknowledge that today’s commerce is performed across international borders and that globalisation is a phenomenon that affects all organisations. As a result, our focus is on the unique issues that organisations with worldwide operations or that do international commerce face.

The Business Administration International MBA will also help students acquire transferable executive abilities, such as leadership skills, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, change management, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, finance, operations management, marketing, and human resource management.

As a Master of Business Administration – International student, you will consider how technology has created new dynamics of unpredictable volatility, requiring leaders to have international awareness and lead across cultural and ideological boundaries, from business innovation to political/cultural change. We’ll look at how executives that embrace good upheaval in the marketplace stay competitive and relevant.

Working in groups, you’ll provide consultant reports on the management and improvement of simulated operations, detailing process design and control, production layout, and performance, among other things. You will also look at a start-up, small, medium-sized, multinational, multi-divisional, multi-industry, and multicultural businesses, the complexity of long-term competitive advantages, and the role of human resource management in organisational efficiency.
