You will not take a single exam during this course. Assessments are practice-driven and thus include case-based problem solving, formal reports, presentations, skill-based exercises, dioramas, autoethnographies, research projects, etc.

Government Funds – Student Finance England
If you are a UK/EU citizen with pre-settled or settled status or living in the UK on Indefinite stay, and you want to apply for a postgraduate course, you can receive support from the government through the Student Loan Company. If you’re starting a master’s degree, you could get a Postgraduate Master’s Loan of up to £11.570 to help with course fees and living costs. You’ll have to start repaying your loan when your income is over a certain amount (the ‘threshold’ amount), but only one year after you finish your course.
Your job prospects will be considerably enhanced upon completing this master’s degree. If you’re willing to continue your educational journey, you can always opt for a more specialised degree within the field of HR or even enrol for a PhD.
