Course overview

The LLB (Hons) Law with International Relations with Foundation Year is designed for students who are interested in the relationship between law, politics, diplomacy, and global affairs. The course combines a comprehensive legal education with the study of international relations, helping students understand how legal systems, governments, and international institutions influence societies and address global challenges.

The Foundation Year provides additional academic support while introducing students to key concepts in law, social sciences, communication, and research. It helps students build confidence and develop the study skills needed before progressing to degree-level modules.
Throughout the programme, students explore core areas of law alongside subjects such as international politics, human rights, diplomacy, global governance, conflict resolution, and international organisations.
