Assessments

A range of assessment methods are utilised to promote the growth of your knowledge, application, and abilities as you go through the course learning outcomes. At level 6, you will be able to choose the modules you want to study to represent your preferred career path, and you will be fully supported and guided through each item of assessment you complete.

Each module’s examination at level 4 and level 5 is divided into two parts.

  • A multiple-choice question (MCQ) test to check your understanding of essential module content. This evaluation structure directly replicates the MCQ format of the SQE examinations, providing you with additional preparation if you choose to pursue additional solicitor training.
  • The second section involves a variety of evaluation methods, which may include advocacy, portfolios, drafting exercises, and coursework, depending on the module you’re working on.
