✅ Academic Qualifications:
Applicants must provide proof of their highest academic qualification, which can include:

  • Level 4 Qualifications (e.g., HNC, Level 4 NVQ, diplomas, or certificates)
  • International Foundation Year or equivalent
  • Successful completion of the first year of an undergraduate degree program or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and experience may also be considered.
  • You may need to submit a personal statement outlining your readiness for the course, along with references and evidence of prior learning or professional experience.

 

✅ English Proficiency and Admission Process

  • If English is not your first language, you must complete an English language test that assesses speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. We accept various English language qualifications, such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent certifications.
  • Applicants will also be required to attend an interview with a member of the admissions team to discuss their application and suitability for the programme.

Course overview

The BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management is designed for students who are interested in people management, organisational development, workplace culture, and employee wellbeing. The course provides a strong understanding of how businesses manage and support their workforce while developing the practical and professional skills needed within modern HR environments.

Throughout the programme, students explore key areas such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, leadership, employment law, training and development, and organisational behaviour. Course fee per year: £9.535

The Tuition Fee of the course may vary depending on the institution you wish to study at, as well as your status in the UK. The course is available for UK/EU & International Students and eligible for Student Loans Company (SLC) funding to help cover the cost of your tuition fees and other expenses.

If you are an UK/EU citizen or living in the UK on an Indefinite stay, apart from the tuition fees, you could also receive support from the government via Student Loans Company to cover some living costs while studying.
