Because COVID-19 started to rapidly increase from the beginning of March, affecting our everyday life, Atlantic London Education decided to take extra measures to protect you and our staff, and moved the registration process online, starting with 18th of March 2020, until further notice.
However, we (as in Atlantic London team) are still here, for you, and we will offer support and guidance when it comes to the registration process. As mentioned before, both on Facebook and Instagram, the registration process and the interview with the institutions will be running remotely, via telephone.
But there’s an important update coming from the financial side. Student Loan company restoring partial customer contact services. They “can also confirm that students will receive their scheduled or next instalment of their Maintenance Loan at the planned start of their summer term.” (Gov-uk. Student Loan Company). You can give them a call on 0300 100 0607, from 10:00am to 5:30pm.
As a reminder, during this period – emergency period – everyone is eligible to apply for student loan, regardless of whether they are working or not. If working, they can provide their payslips (as usual), and if not, they can send a proof they are getting governmental support.
